The conditions of are as follows:

Raw Materials: Billet 130x130mm or 160x160mm.

Finished Product: φ5.5 ~ 17mm wire rod,

Annual Capacity: 300,000-500,000T/ Per year.

Design Speed: 125m/s Guarantee Speed: 90m/s.

Equipment Condition: The whole wire rod mill production line was designed & manufactured by our company in 2013, and ran around 5 years, then standby, all machinery are almost the new ones, our company will repair, update and refurbish all equipment.

Steel Grade: low alloy steel, high carbon steel, plain carbon steel, welding rod steel, etc.

Production Features: The whole line shall be 28 stands of rolling mill, including 16 stands roughing mill and intermediate rolling mill, DANIELI type short stress rolling mill, vertical and horizontal arrangement, 2 stands of φ285 type pre-finishing mill, vertical and horizontal arrangement, and 10 stands Morgan type finishing mill, 45°top across arrangement.
