| Description: | · Planning, supervising and administering the work of subordinates & loaders. · Maintain stock as per FEFO and also responsible to maintain traceability at all times. · Ensure the safe custody of company's property i.e. stocks, machine etc. · Responsible for availability of the required replacement of manpower in consultation with the departmental head. · Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met. · To develop better communication and understanding with other departments as well. · Keeping stock control system up to date and planning future capacity requirements. · Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and their timely report to HOD. · Timely brief and update seniors on issues which may cause any problem. · Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the staff and stock · Responsible for daily closing and opening of warehouses at stipulated times and ensure smooth operation. · In routine cycle take physical stock of warehouse to ensure updated position.
