Description:Operational deliverables: • Design and maintain systems for tracking, recording and reimbursements of MISA claims, field force expenses and distributor claims. • Design and maintain an effective system for headcount monitoring, while proactively highlighting any vacancies and their next action steps. • Review and submit Balance Sheet reviews. • Coordinating with FRA for shared services accounting functions which includes, processing payments, management reporting, and maintaining cost center accounts • Review / prepare / check and verify regularly capital expenditures. • Plan and implement a revised workflow after review of current policies and procedures. • Monitor KPIs established in SLAs. Control Matrix • Conduct frequent walk-throughs to ensure controls & SOPs as per NFCM (National Field Coordination Manual) matrix are effective. • Support NFCM Coordinator in the relevant activities. • Drive continuous improvements in processes through reviews of SOPs pertaining to the organization. • Any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager. Candidate Ability:3-4 years experience in auditing sales Forces expenses, Financial Reporting and Analysis etc English (oral and written) Strong analysis skills Knowledgeable in SAP and Management Information Systems Good internal control background Commercial knowledge desired Ability to work in a high matrix organization Strong learning agility. Mobility within Pakistan.
