Job Responsibility Analyzing client’s HR requirements, posting on various forums, collecting relevant CVs from existing data bank as well as through new searches, matching the qualifications and skills with the published requirements, and negotiate with the short listed candidates. A candidate analysis includes assessment of consultant’s skills (techie or functional), negotiation of expected rates and employment terms & conditions, availability, etc communicate with stake holders and also record in the history notes box. Preparing Recruiting Log, New Hire Package draft with complete details with respect to Vendor and client as well. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and standards to continuously improve departmental and institutional efficiency.

Major Job Descriptions: 1. Create work plan with the product manager / Asst. Product manager. 2. Update the work plan on daily basis with both planned and unplanned activities. 3. Maintain and update standard test cases. 4. Verify the standard test cases as applied by the development team. 5. Report bugs and enhancement related suggestions and verify to make them ready for delivery and categorization of bugs according to their significance. 6. Verify the projects and patch(es) as received for the first time or against the bugs after evaluating the project(s) on standard as well as functional test cases and acquire next iteration date from the development team. 7. Verify the issues / operational problems as reported by the client / operations / stakeholders 8. Test deployment package for fresh installation as well as for the upgrade. 9. Provide training to operations on patch (es) / new releases. 10. Execute automated test scripts 11. Keep track of no. of bugs reported in each category and prepare project report specifying statistical data of bugs. 12. Frequent reporting.
