Announcing - Cloud Deployment Program
The Microsoft Cloud Deployment program is designed to help Microsoft partners build a capable cloud deployment practice enabled through training, deployment tools and support to onboard enterprise customers to Office 365. As a part of this program, we will be making a significant investment in increasing support for our partners. Partners in the program will benefit from access to partner technology consultants to assist them in building their deployment plans and a new dedicated partner focused break/fix team of experienced technical support engineers that will soon be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help quickly resolve any technical glitches that may arise through the deployment process. Online Services Advisor - OSA Form Submission process for EAs
Effective November 1st, the submission steps to process a Partner of Record on an EA has been modified. Partners should email their OSA Attach forms to their respective country Regional Support Center (RSC) email alias. To find the RSC email and contact number, please go here. After sending in a completed form, you will receive an email from the RSC, with a unique tracking number. You can refer to this tracking number for support and questions as needed.

New tenant Qualification process for Academic and Government customer
Academic and Government customers who purchase Office365 via Web Direct will now be prompted to enter the domain to be process via an automated domain verification. Upon approval, customer will be able to continue their purchase. If Microsoft is unable to verify the domain, a support agent will contact the customer directly for verification.
