Sony NSZ-GT1 Wi-Fi Blu-ray Player, $203
Sony NSZ-GT1Sony's NSZ-GT1 is an Internet-connected Blu-ray player that comes loaded with Google TV and the Chrome browser, plus other features. When we reviewed it last year, however, we gave it only 3 of 5 stars--partly because the player was a crazy-expensive $400 at the time. For a limited time, though, Amazon has the Sony NSZ-GT1 on sale for only $203, with free shipping. At this low price, perhaps its flaws can be overlooked?

Asus Zenbook UX31E Ultraportable, $949
Zenbook UX31EThe Asus Zenbook UX31E earned 4 out of 5 stars in our review and is ranked at no. 8 on our Top Ultraportable Laptops chart. It's a gorgeous laptop with a sleek, brushed-aluminum case--and it has good performance for an ultraportable. When it launched last year it listed for $1099, and prices haven't started to drop yet. Right now, though, the Microsoft Store has the Zenbook on sale for $949 (with free shipping).
